The south half of the Tulsa County Courthouse, known officially as the Ray Jordan Administration Building at the northwest corner of 6th and Denver | Downtown Tulsa, has been patiently waiting its turn to be renovated. Construction efforts for 47,000 SF on three floors is now underway to transform this space into the area for anything court related. All other offices located within this facility have transitioned to the Tulsa County Headquarters building across Denver Avenue.

Since the original structure was built in the 1950’s, there have been numerous additions and remodels to connect and expand the building. Different architectural styles, mechanical and electrical systems, life expectancy of the existing building components, and efficiency of connected departments have all played a major part in the preconstruction efforts.
